A plumber running a drain camera at the side of a house

Contact

One number, answered day and night

There is no form on this page on purpose. Plumbing goes wrong at a speed that email cannot keep up with, and the single most useful thing that can happen next is a two-minute conversation about what your house is doing.

If water is moving right now

Shut the main off before you call if you can find it, usually in the basement near the street-facing wall, in a crawlspace, or at a meter box by the kerb. Then ring us and we will work out who is closest. If you smell gas or there is water near electrics, call 911 first.

Find your town or your problem first

If you would rather read before you ring, these are the two ways in.

Tell us what the house is doing

Two minutes on the phone usually settles whether this is tonight or Tuesday.
