Thirty-seven plumbing services, one Kentucky phone number
Emergency response, everything below the floor, and the slow problems that quietly get expensive. Each service has its own page explaining how the job is actually done, and if you would rather just describe the symptom to a person, that works too.
Open 24 hours. Tell us your town and what is happening.
- 509 Kentucky communities
- Same-day and emergency response
- Price given on site, before work starts
- No forms, it is a phone call
How this page is organised
Six groups, roughly in the order people phone about them. The first group is the emergency and leak work, the calls that come in at two in the morning and the ones where water has been going somewhere for a while without anybody noticing. After that it runs through drains and sewer, the buried and in-wall pipework, water heating and treatment, fixtures and gas, and finally the rural and commercial jobs.
Kentucky housing stock spans brick shotgun houses from the 1890s, an enormous postwar suburban belt, and modern builds on slab, so the same symptom has different causes depending on the house. The service pages say which is which rather than pretending one answer fits.
If it is happening right now
Stop reading and call (844) 924-3770. If water is escaping and you can safely reach the main shutoff, close it first, clockwise until it stops.
Not sure which of these you need? Describe the symptom and we will name the job.

Questions
Before you pick a service
No. Most people phone with a symptom, not a diagnosis, a wet spot on a ceiling, a drain that will not clear, a water bill that doubled. Describe what you are seeing and we will work out what the job actually is. Picking the wrong page on a website costs you nothing; we sort it out on the phone.
The common work, emergency response, drains, leaks, water heaters, fixtures, is available everywhere on our map. Specialist work such as trenchless sewer replacement or hydro jetting depends on equipment being able to reach the property, which matters on steep or narrow access in the eastern counties. We will tell you honestly on the call which applies.
Water you cannot stop, sewage entering the house, no water at all and any smell of gas are immediate calls at any hour. A slow drain, a dripping fixture, a water heater that is merely noisy or a hose bib that weeps can be booked in daylight. Anything you are unsure about, describe it and we will say plainly which category it falls into.
The phone call is free and so is the conversation about what is likely wrong. Money enters the picture when a pro is on site: they assess the job in person and give you a price before any work starts. We do not quote figures over the phone because the honest number depends on access and on what is found once something is opened up.
Usually yes, and it is worth asking. If a pro is already coming out for a failed hose bib, adding a running toilet and a slow bath drain to the same visit is cheaper than three appointments. Mention everything when you call so the right tools and parts are on the truck the first time.
No. Kentucky Plumbing HQ is a referral service: we take the call, work out what the job is, and connect you with an independent local plumbing professional who works in your area. Pricing, the work itself and the workmanship guarantee are between you and the contractor who attends.
Describe it in one sentence and we will take it from there
